Hardware: thiết kế schematic, PCB, hiểu nguồn & interface (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN/LIN)
Firmware: Embedded C/C++, driver-level, RTOS (task/queue), debug realtime
System: board bring-up, debug HW-FW integration
3. Knowledge
Kiến trúc embedded (MCU, peripheral)
Giao tiếp automotive (CAN)
Hiểu cơ bản quy trình ASPICE
4. Nice to have
Thiết kế nguồn (SMPS), EMI/EMC
Tool: Altium, Keil/IAR, CANoe
Kinh nghiệm ECU/IVI thực tế
Tiếng anh khá ( có thể giao tiếp với khách đc) là lợi thế
