1 - Project Overview:

- Position: Project Manager

- Employment Type: Full-time

- Target Market: US / EU / APAC (English-speaking)

- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of PM/Scrum Master experience in IT Outsourcing

2 - Job Description:

- Delivery & Operations: End-to-end management of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality from Kick-off through Delivery and Maintenance.

- Client Engagement: Direct communication with international Clients/Product Owners in English (Daily syncs, Demos, Backlog Refinements, and Monthly Reviews).

- Team Coordination: Work closely with Developers, QAs, and Tech Leads to allocate resources, mitigate risks, and resolve project blockers.

- Governance & Reporting: Apply Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies flexibly; deliver clear Project Health Check reports to Executive Leadership and Clients.

3 - Qualifications:

Must Have:

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a Project Manager in IT Outsourcing companies.

- English Proficiency: Professional fluency across all 4 skills. Proven ability to negotiate, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts directly with clients via calls/chats without relying on translators or BA support.

- Technical Domain: Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum practices. Experience managing Mobile (Flutter/iOS/Android) or Web/Cloud projects is a plus.

- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, service-oriented mindset, ability to work under high pressure, and high adaptability to changing requirements.

Nice to have:

- Industry certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM.

- Experience supporting Presales, Effort Estimation, or drafting WBS/Proposals for new bidding opportunities.

- Prior experience working directly with clients in North America or Australia.
